Privacy and purchase information
How public tools, purchase records, private access and site measurement work.

Purchases and private access
Stripe handles payment entry. We store the purchase email address, order and payment identifiers, purchased editions, amounts and payment status to deliver files, handle support and reconcile refunds or disputes. We do not receive your full card number. Vercel hosts the site and private files; Neon stores order and access records.
A necessary HTTP-only browser cookie grants access to the order for 30 days from checkout creation. Access keys are stored as hashes. Save the private recovery file and your purchased downloads. Order references alone do not grant access. Automated email delivery and email recovery are not active. A purchase can queue a receipt record without sending an email. Buying a product does not enroll you in marketing.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain order and transaction records to provide access and support, reconcile payments and address refunds, disputes and accounting obligations. Expiring browser access does not delete an order. There is no automatic order-deletion schedule currently enabled. Request access, correction or deletion through the purchase-support contact; identity verification and applicable record-retention obligations may affect the response. Never send card details, private access keys, patient information or confidential employer records.
Services that remain unavailable
Personalized resume reviews, customer email subscriptions and automated email delivery remain disabled. Do not submit a real resume to a demo or an unrelated brand's inbox. Free samples and tools can be used without purchasing.
Reading and practice
The Evidence Desk keeps your selection and written note in the current page's memory. Its download creates a text file in your browser. The exercise does not submit that note to a server. Reloading clears it unless you explicitly save a draft as described below. Files you download remain under your control on your device.
The website host can receive ordinary request information needed to serve pages, such as the requested URL, network address, browser information and request time. This edition does not include advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Do not put private employer records, access credentials or sensitive personal information in a practice exercise. The supplied fictional records are sufficient for the activity.
Public-page analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate public-page traffic. Vercel processes page paths, visit times, referrers, approximate location, and browser/device information. It uses a request-derived visitor hash rather than analytics cookies; that visitor identifier expires after 24 hours. This is not a promise that aggregate reports expire after 24 hours. See Vercel's collection details.
Our integration excludes private order, intake, access and owner pages, URLs containing query values, and unrecognized fragments. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress collection. We do not send practice notes, resumes, names, email addresses or order identifiers as event properties. When interaction measurement is enabled, we record fixed product, sample and practice link categories and which buying-guidance question is opened. Question categories cover free resources, use, scope and delivery; they do not contain written answers. A question opening is not a reported objection or a purchase. Purchase attribution remains separately controlled; a page view is not a purchase.
Optional practice drafts
Optional practice tools let you explicitly save a fictional draft in this browser. Draft text is not sent to our server or analytics by the save feature. Each tool stores its own copy until you remove it with Remove saved copy or clear browser data. Use a private device and avoid confidential information. Downloading a copy remains available without enabling draft storage.
